Product Classification (Class and Grade )
What Level Of Equipment Am I Looking For? Styfle Manufacturings equipment is classified on two levels; by quality and performance level (or Grade) and also by what type of reloading technique is required (Class).
Class 1: Single function reload (button, slide or lever action)
Class 2: Magazine release reload (mag. is removed to reload)
Class 3: Reload Lockout (magazine removed, slide actuated, magazine returned)
The National Extreme Laser Tag Association requires that all equipment used in its tournaments and events be of certain reload and trigger lockout types. Styfle Manufacturing Class 2 and higher equipment meets these NELTA requirements. There are currently 4 Grades of equipment: Consumer (or C) Grade, Mid Grade and Pro Grade.
Consumer Grade equipment is our basic retail line up (purchased by the average consumer for games played at home with friends.
Mid Grade equipment is the first level of commercial equipment we offer (giving serious hobbyists and Extreme Laser TagTM field owners higher level of durability, longevity and game play control).
Pro Grade equipment is characterized by more advanced programming control, upgradeability, superior outdoor performance/ dependability and our highest level of client care and (Total Lifetime Commitment).
Use these classification guidelines to determine what Extreme Laser TagTM equipment best suits your needs!
Interconnect and Stand Alone.
PASSIVE INTERCONNECT CIRCUITRY (IC/IT products)
Any of Styfle Manufacturing's Interconnect "weapons" can connect to any Interconnect sensor packs.
Passive Interconnect CircuitryTM within the system allows the operator to connect different "weapons" to the same sensor pack before, during or after a game.
This allows one player to use multiple "weapons" in the same game, although only one at a time.
Owner/operators can now offer players different "weapon" designs without having to purchase extra sensor packs. This amounts to substantial overhead cost savings! An energized Interconnect sensor pack can still take "tags" while "weapons" are being changed out. Bringing a sense of realism to the game.

STAND ALONE sensor packs
Stand alone sensor packs available from Styfle Manufacturing can be factory programmed for compatibility with existing laser tag systems on the market today. SA sensor packs light up and emit sound effects when they are tagged by any Extreme Laser Tag weapon (including a player's own weapon).
To avoid being able to be tagged by one's own weapon requires the use of Interconnect Circuirtry which attaches the current weapon to the user's sensor pack.
